Item Notes Field
Items have the option to display a short notes field. The notes field is
displayed on the parts search screen for quick reference.

can be made on the Item adjustment Tab.

Account for Stock Value
Item Accounts Tab calculation for Value = Total Cost x Margin.
If the item value is updated the margin percentage will auto adjust and if the
margin is updated the item value will auto adjust.

Search for the part number of the item and click add item icon.
Create a stock item to issue to a job or create a component to link to an
aircraft record directly from the Parts Module.
Breakdown an existing stock item into individual parts for servicing
Delete any incorrect or invalid stock line items.
The “Trash Can” will be available to delete items that either have no batch,
no quantity or no costs.
The ability to delete parts is permission based so access will have to be updated
by the administrator.

Order Part Location Search and Create Order By Division
Reorder stock for each "Location". Search for all locations
combined or for one specific location.
Allocate available stock to jobs and print/email Stores Picking Slips.
Split Item Transfer or Invoice
Transfer will transfer the quantity entered to the new location once "Go"
Invoice will give the option to add the quantity entered to a new invoice or
to add the quantity entered to an existing invoice.
Multiple Search Option
Search the Parts Module for multiple part numbers at one time.
Locations can be set up so stock is scrapped via a quantity adjustment as soon

Serial Number Report
To view the Serial Number Report, click on a serial number on the Parts Search
display or on the Item General Tab select "View S/N Report". This report
displays the current limitation data for the component and all the transaction
